Prev. 40th U.S. Secretary of Commerce (2021-2025); Prev. 75th Governor of Rhode Island (2015-2021)
Previously, she served as the 75th Governor of Rhode Island, where she focused on economic development, infrastructure, and education. Under her leadership, Rhode Island became the first state to offer tuition-free community college for all high school graduates. She also served as Chair of the Democratic Governors Association, significantly boosting fundraising and strategic efforts.
Raimondo was Rhode Island's General Treasurer before becoming governor, where she restructured the state’s pension system to avoid a financial crisis. She is a graduate of Harvard, Oxford (Rhodes Scholar), and Yale Law School. Raimondo is married to Andy Moffit, and they have two children.

Gov. Eric Holcomb,

Prev. 51st Governor of Indiana (2017-2025)
Holcomb implemented a fully-funded 20-year, $60 billion roads program and completed the largest new commuter rail project in America. He launched the Next Level Jobs program to connect Hoosiers to high-demand, high-wage careers and signed a $1.47 billion increase in K-12 education funding. During President Trump’s first term, Holcomb was appointed to serve on his American Workforce Policy Board. Forbes recognized Indiana as the best state in the U.S. to start a business during his tenure. In 2018, The Hill named him one of ten governors shaping the future of politics.
Prior to serving as governor, Holcomb served as Indiana's Lieutenant Governor. He is a graduate of Hanover College and served six years of active duty in the U.S. Navy. Holcomb and his wife Janet live in Indianapolis.

Cassie Motz,

Cassie graduated from Dartmouth College and Yale Law School. Between college and law school, she taught at a public middle school in the South Bronx, New York through Teach for America. After graduating from law school Cassie practiced law for several years in Washington — prosecuting homicide and domestic violence cases as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, and serving as a Deputy Attorney General for the District of Columbia government, representing the city’s child welfare and mental health agencies.
In July 2023, Governor Wes Moore appointed Cassie to be Chair of the Maryland Higher Education Commission. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Maryland Medical System and the Baltimore Lab School. She has previously served on the boards of the University System of Maryland Board of Regents, the KIPP Baltimore public charter school, and Baltimore Outreach Services, a shelter and job training program for women and their children in South Baltimore.

Julie Mikuta,

Prior to joining Schusterman, Julie was a Managing Director at NewSchools Venture Fund, focused on teacher preparation. Previously, she led trainings for school board and superintendent-teams of large urban districts at the Center for Reform of School Systems. Julie also served as an elected member of the D.C. Board of Education from 2001 until 2004. During her time on the School Board, Julie was Vice President of Alumni Affairs for Teach For America. Julie began her career in education teaching high
school science in New Orleans through Teach For America.
Julie graduated from Georgetown University, where she was captain of the women’s asketball team. She also completed a doctorate degree at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. Julie is on the boards of Stand for Children and New Meridian, as well as the Yu Ming Charter School.

Kaya Henderson,

Before joining the Aspen Institute, Kaya founded and led Reconstruction, an innovative educational organization dedicated to teaching young people about African-American history, culture, and contributions in a comprehensive and affirming way. Her earlier career included teaching middle school Spanish in the South Bronx through Teach For America, followed by leadership roles at TFA, TNTP, and Teach for All's Global Learning Lab for Community Impact. She is also co-host of Pod Save the People.
A native of Mt. Vernon, NY, Kaya is a graduate of Mt. Vernon Public Schools and holds a Bachelor's in International Relations and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Georgetown University, along with honorary doctorates from Georgetown and Trinity University. She serves on the boards of Georgetown University, Robin Hood NYC, Scholastic, and Teach For America, and is co-founder of Education Leaders of Color (EdLoC). She is a former Aspen Institute trustee and a Fellow in the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

David Sze,

David is also a Trustee of Yale University, and of Rockefeller University, a world-renowned center for research and graduate education in the biomedical sciences, chemistry, bioinformatics and physics. He serves on the Advisory Boards of MLT.org, Questbridge, The McLaren Racing Group, and is a founding investor in BrainMind.org. He and his wife founded Tandem Philanthropies where they are Trustees.
Before joining Greylock, David spent over seven years in product management and development at consumer internet, gaming, and media companies ranging in size from small startups through publicly traded companies. David was employee number 30 and the first consumer product marketing hire at Excite.com in early 1996. He held roles as GM of Excite.com and VP of Content and Programming for the Excite Network and eventually became SVP of Product Strategy at Excite and then Excite@Home until early 2000 when he joined Greylock. Before Excite, David was in product marketing at Electronic Arts and in product development at Crystal Dynamics, a gaming start-up later acquired by Eidos Interactive. He started his career in management consulting with Marakon Associates and The Boston Consulting Group - also spent time at HBO. David holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford University
